Disney+ has released the official trailer for Percy Jackson and the Olympians season 3, offering a new look at Percy’s dangerous mission to rescue Annabeth Chase from the forces of Kronos. The third season, based on Rick Riordan’s bestselling novel The Titan’s Curse, will premiere on Friday 20 November 2026 with two episodes, followed by two new episodes every Friday until the season finale on 11 December.

The trailer opens with Percy Jackson (Walker Scobell) warning that war is coming between the gods and the Titans, and that they’ll need to join forces if they hope to survive. Percy and his friends have already faced plenty of dangerous quests, but with Olympus now under threat and Annabeth’s (Leah Sava Jeffries) life in danger, there’s a lot at stake as they prepare for their next adventure.

Following Annabeth’s capture by Kronos’s forces, Percy sets out to find her, accompanied by his loyal friend Grover Underwood (Aryan Simhadri) and some unexpected allies. Their journey will see them attempt to free a captured goddess, confront the Titan’s curse and navigate a dangerous prophecy that could determine the future of Olympus. With the conflict between the gods and Titans growing, Percy also faces the possibility that not everyone will survive the quest.

Season three marks the first screen adaptation of The Titan’s Curse, the third novel in Riordan’s original book series. The story introduces new characters and expands the world of the demigods, with familiar faces returning alongside some important new arrivals.

New additions include Olive Abercrombie as Bianca di Angelo, Dafne Keen as Artemis, Kate McKinnon as Aphrodite and Ming-Na Wen as Hera.

For CultureCues, we’ve always been big fans of the Percy Jackson universe, having loved the books and films growing up, and we’ve been really enjoying the Disney+ adaptation too. It’s been brilliant seeing these characters and stories brought to life again, and we’re excited to see what season three has in store. The Titan’s Curse is a really important part of the books, with new characters joining the story and the threat to Olympus growing, so we can’t wait to see how it all plays out on screen. We’re also hoping Percy and Annabeth get their reunion, although knowing these demigods, there’ll probably be a few monsters and near-death experiences to deal with first!

Percy Jackson and the Olympians season 3 premieres on Disney+ on Friday 20 November 2026.
