Peter Kay has announced a special one-off performance at Blackpool Opera House to help raise vital funds for All In for Fin, the fundraising campaign supporting Fin Cormack and his family as they seek the heart surgery he needs. The much-loved comedian will take to the stage for a special 1pm performance on Sunday, 27 September, adding an extra date to his record-breaking tour specifically to support Fin’s fundraising campaign. All profits from the show will be donated to All In for Fin. You can find more details here.

Kay decided he wanted to help after seeing a news report about Fin and his family’s situation. “I saw a news report about the situation with Fin and his family, and I felt as if I had to do something to try and help them raise the funds,” he said. “I hope people will support this really important event to help Fin receive the vital surgery he needs.” Kay’s latest tour has broken records across the UK, and the new Blackpool matinee adds an extra date in support of Fin and his family.

The one-off Blackpool performance gives fans another opportunity to see Kay live, with proceeds helping the All In for Fin campaign towards its fundraising goal. Fin’s mother, Clare Cormack, said: “We were bowled over when Peter called and told us that he wanted to support Fin! What an amazing guy that he’s taken the time to do this – it’s completely unreal. We are still pinching ourselves!”

For CultureCues, this is such a lovely gesture from Peter Kay and a brilliant way to use an extra tour date to make a real difference. For anyone already hoping to catch him live, this Blackpool show comes with an especially important reason to be there, with every ticket helping support Fin and his family.

Peter Kay’s special All In for Fin performance takes place at Blackpool Opera House on Sunday, 27 September at 1pm. Tickets go on sale here Friday, 28 August 2026 at 10am.
