Razzles at the ready because Jennifer Garner and Judy Greer have been spotted filming Netflix’s new 13 Going on 30 project, bringing Jenna Rink and Lucy “Tom-Tom” Wyman back together more than 20 years after the original film. For fans who still know every word, this is a very exciting reunion.

The pair were photographed on set in Santa Monica alongside new lead Emily Bader, confirming that Garner’s involvement will extend beyond her previously announced role as an executive producer. Netflix has not yet revealed whether Garner and Greer are officially reprising their original characters or appearing in different roles, and the size of their involvement remains under wraps.

The new film is being described by Netflix as a reimagining of the much-loved 2004 romantic comedy, with Bader and Logan Lerman leading the cast. Jessica Alba, Taylor Zakhar Perez, Adeline Rudolph, Taylor Ortega, Tim Meadows and Dan Bucatinsky are also set to appear.

Brett Haley, who previously directed Bader in People We Meet on Vacation, is behind the new film. Hannah Marks wrote the screenplay, with revisions by Flora Greeson, while Garner is among the executive producers. Plot details are still being kept secret, so it is not yet clear whether the story will follow a new version of Jenna and Matty or introduce completely different characters to the 13 Going on 30 world.

For CultureCues, seeing Jennifer Garner and Judy Greer back together on set has made us even more curious about what Netflix is planning. Whether they are returning as Jenna and Lucy or just a very fun cameo, it is a fab surprise for fans of the original. Now, where are the Razzles?
