Jamie T’s New Album Ghosts (100 Days of Morning)
The tour comes shortly after the release of Jamie T’s sixth studio album, Ghosts (100 Days of Morning), due on 9 October through Polydor Records. The 11-track record looks back at youth, love, loss and the memories that come with growing older, while also returning to ideas Jamie had previously left behind. It follows 2022 album The Theory of Whatever, which reached number one in the UK.

Lead single “3310” is out now and opens the album, with Jamie turning memories of Nokia phones and snakebite into another very recognisable piece of storytelling. The accompanying video was directed by Rob Thorogood. The album also includes contributions from Damon Albarn and Hugo White, while “Ghosts” is a cover of The Jam track of the same name.

Jamie T has had a busy few years, including a sold-out Finsbury Park headline show in 2023, appearances at Reading and Leeds Festival and a recent collaboration with Fred again.. on “LightsBurn Dimmer”, a reworking of “Hippodrome”. Next year will also mark 20 years since his debut album Panic Prevention.
For CultureCues, we suspected tickets for this tour would move quickly, so we are very happy to see more dates being added. Glasgow getting a second night is especially good news, and the two shows at the O2 Academy should make for a great run. Good on him for adding more rather than leaving fans scrambling.
Jamie T’s expanded UK tour begins in Birmingham on 6 December, with tickets for the newly added dates available now.
