Hayu is now available to eligible Sky customers at no extra cost, bringing more than 250 reality shows directly into the Sky TV experience without the need for a separate subscription, app or login. From today, viewers can access full seasons from major franchises including The Real Housewives and Below Deck, alongside new episodes arriving on the same day as their US broadcast.
The catalogue includes The Real Housewives of Atlanta, Below Deck Mediterranean and the 20th-anniversary season of The Real Housewives of Orange County.
Hayu is included for Sky Ultimate TV customers and all Sky Q and Sky+ pay TV customers. New customers can sign up for Sky Ultimate TV from £24 a month, with Sky TV, Netflix, Disney+, HBO Max and Hayu included within one subscription. The full launch follows the “Taste of Hayu” preview introduced in March, which gave Sky Ultimate TV customers an early selection of the service’s reality programming.
Hayu content is now integrated directly into the Sky homepage and personalised recommendations, making shows easier to find alongside Sky Originals, live channels and other streaming services. Customers can also continue watching across compatible devices and stream through Sky Go.
Voice control is available on Sky Glass, Sky Stream and Sky Q, allowing viewers to search for specific programmes or ask Sky to open Hayu. Sky Glass and Sky Stream customers can also save their favourite series to a Playlist through Sky OS. The addition expands Sky’s entertainment offering alongside its own programmes, including Katie Price: Nothing to Hide and Five Star Weekend, while giving reality fans access to complete seasons and current US episodes in one place.
For CultureCues, we think this is great news for Sky customers. Adding the full Hayu catalogue without another app or subscription should make life much easier for reality-TV fans, while same-day US episodes will help viewers avoid spoilers. With The Real Housewives, Below Deck and more available directly from the Sky homepage, there is plenty to binge in one place.
