December 10 have announced an intimate warm-up show at O2 Academy Oxford on Tuesday 8 December, ahead of their first birthday celebrations in London later that week. The seven-piece will use the Oxford date as a warm-up for their biggest headline shows so far at the Eventim Apollo on 10 and 11 December. Both London dates are already sold out, with the new Oxford show giving fans another chance to see the band before they mark one year since officially forming.
Tickets for the O2 Academy Oxford show go on sale at 10am on Friday 23 October here.
It has already been a busy first year for Cruz, Danny, Hendrik, John, Josh, Nicolas and Seán, who were put together during Netflix series Simon Cowell: The Next Act and officially revealed when the show launched on 10 December 2025. Since then, December 10 have played festivals across the UK, Europe and Asia and completed their sold-out December 10: The Next Step UK and European headline tour. Their debut EP On Your Side also reached the Top 5 of the UK Official Albums Chart, becoming the highest-charting EP of 2026 so far and the highest-charting debut EP by a British boyband in more than a decade.
The Oxford show arrives just two days before the band’s actual first birthday on 10 December, when they will begin their two-night run at the Eventim Apollo.
For CultureCues, December 10 have packed a LOT into their first year, and going from being formed on a Netflix series to sold-out headline shows and a Top 5 EP in the space of 12 months is pretty wild. An intimate Oxford date just before those birthday shows should be a really fun way to round off the year too, especially for anyone who missed out on tickets for the other shows. One year in and they are certainly not slowing down.
December 10 play O2 Academy Oxford on Tuesday 8 December 2026. Tickets go on sale at 10am on Friday 23 October.
