RAYE has announced a special one-off London show at the Royal Albert Hall later this month, where she will reimagine her second album with a full symphonic performance. Titled THIS SYMPHONY MAY CONTAIN HOPE., the concert will take place on Friday 23 October 2026 and will see RAYE perform THIS MUSIC MAY CONTAIN HOPE. in full alongside her band, the Heritage Orchestra and Flames Collective. The show follows the release of her second album earlier this year and will bring all 17 tracks together as one live performance.
The concert will see RAYE return to the Royal Albert Hall after her My 21st Century Symphony show there in 2023. That performance was later released as Live At The Royal Albert Hall and nominated for Best Music Film at the Grammy Awards, before she took the symphony to The O2 for a sold-out headline show in 2024.
How to Get RAYE Royal Albert Hall Tickets
Artist presale begins on Tuesday 13 October, with fans able to sign up in advance through RAYE’s official website here. General sale then opens at 10am on Thursday 15 October.
To go with the announcement, RAYE has also released a new orchestral version of album track “I Will Overcome.”, recorded at Abbey Road Studios with the London Symphony Orchestra. The performance gives fans an early idea of how the new album could sound when it is reworked for the Royal Albert Hall show.
THIS MUSIC MAY CONTAIN HOPE. was released in March 2026 and reached number one in the UK. RAYE has spent much of this year touring the album across the UK, Europe and US, including six sold-out nights at The O2 in London, and is currently joining Bruno Mars on his North American stadium tour.
For CultureCues, this sounds like such a gorgeous way to hear RAYE live. She and the Heritage Orchestra were incredible together the first time around, and “Where Is My Husband!” has basically been on a constant loop in my head alongside so many of the other songs from this album. Hearing the whole thing reworked with a full orchestra at the Royal Albert Hall should be really special.
RAYE performs at the Royal Albert Hall on Friday 23 October.
