Harlan Coben’s latest thriller I Will Find You is now streaming on Netflix, with all eight episodes available to watch. Sam Worthington leads the adaptation as a father serving a life sentence for murdering his son, only to receive evidence that the child may still be alive.
Worthington plays David Burroughs, who maintains that he did not commit the crime but has spent years punishing himself for failing to protect his son. When new information reaches him in prison, David becomes convinced that there is more to the case and escapes to uncover the truth. His search takes him into a web of buried secrets while placing him at the centre of a major manhunt. As the authorities close in, David must work out who he can trust and whether the evidence really proves that his son survived.
Severance star Britt Lower plays Rachel Mills, David’s former sister-in-law and a decorated reporter whose career collapsed after she was fired. Rachel sees the new evidence as a chance to help David and potentially find her way back into journalism. Milo Ventimiglia stars as Hayden, Rachel’s ex-boyfriend and close confidant, while Logan Browning and Chi McBride play FBI agents Sarah Greer and Max Williams.

Clancy Brown appears as semi-retired mobster Nicky Fisher, whose connection to the Burroughs family could expose further secrets surrounding the case. The cast also includes Erin Richards as David’s ex-wife Cheryl, Jonathan Tucker as his best friend Adam and Madeleine Stowe as wealthy heiress Gertrude Payne.
The series is adapted from Coben’s 2023 novel by showrunner and creator Robert Hull, whose previous credits include Quantum Leap and Alcatraz. Coben executive produces through Final Twist Productions alongside Hull, Bryan Wynbrandt, Steven Lilien and John Weber.
I Will Find You also marks the first series from Coben’s Netflix partnership to be set in the United States, bringing the author’s familiar twists and buried secrets closer to home. Previous adaptations have taken audiences across the UK and Europe, including Fool Me Once, Missing You, The Stranger and Run Away.
For CultureCues, I Will Find You has a strong premise and a great cast, giving the series all the ingredients for a gripping new Harlan Coben mystery. We are looking forward to diving into all eight episodes, seeing how its many secrets unfold and returning with our full review soon.
