The Big Brother 2026 grand final is underway tonight (Thursday 5 November), with six housemates competing to be crowned this year’s winner and take home the £100,000 cash prize. After eight weeks of friendships, arguments, nominations and surprise evictions, the public will finally decide who deserves to win, with hosts AJ Odudu and Will Best revealing the results live on ITV2 and ITVX.

This year’s series has been the longest since Big Brother returned to ITV, with the housemates spending 54 days inside the famous house. The final six were confirmed on Wednesday night following a surprise double eviction, which saw Omar El Mayer and Frankie Taber leave just 24 hours before the grand final.
The six housemates competing in tonight’s final are Catrin, Lynx, Rochelle, Samuel, Twinks and Yasmin. All six have survived eight weeks inside the house, with their final evening seeing them enjoy one last meal together and reflect on their experiences in the Diary Room. Bookmakers have tipped Lucinda ‘Twinks’ Burnett as the favourite to win, with Rochelle Rackham also proving popular in the betting odds.
Viewers can vote for their favourite housemate through the official Big Brother voting system, with five votes available during each voting round. Further votes will become available when voting reopens throughout tonight’s final.

Rochelle Wins £100,000 Prize!

Rochelle has officially been crowned the winner of Big Brother 2026, beating Twinks in the final public vote to take home the £100,000 cash prize! After eight weeks in the house, Rochelle emerged victorious, with Twinks finishing as this year’s runner-up.
Rochelle’s win was met with a mixed reaction from the live audience, with some cheers but plenty of loud boos, showing just how divided viewers have been over this year’s winner. The boos continued throughout her exit interview with AJ Odudu and Will Best, becoming so loud that both presenters had to repeatedly ask the audience to quieten down, as Rochelle couldn’t hear their questions.
And with that, Rochelle has made history as the oldest female housemate to win Big Brother UK. She seemed completely unbothered by the boos from the crowd, responding: “Well, I’ve won.” And she’s right. Whatever the audience reaction, Rochelle is the winner of Big Brother 2026 and £100,000 richer!
Twinks Finishes in Second Place

Twinks finished in second place, narrowly missing out on the £100,000 prize. Interestingly, the crowd reaction was mixed, with Twinks receiving huge cheers while some boos could be heard for Rochelle. Audience members even began chanting “Recount! Recount!” following the announcement. Despite the reaction, the public had made its decision, and Rochelle was officially crowned this year’s Big Brother winner.
The crowd continued chanting “You should have won!” as Twinks sat down for her exit interview with AJ Odudu and Will Best. She described her time in the Big Brother house as the most incredible experience of her life, before joking about how much she talks. The self-proclaimed witch admitted she’s a bit of a yapper, which explains why she couldn’t keep quiet throughout her time in the house. She summed up her Big Brother experience perfectly, saying: “It was ridiculous, it was outrageous and it was so, so fun!”
Yasmin Finishes Third

Girl power! For the first time in Big Brother history, the final three housemates are all women. However, Yasmin has now become the latest housemate to leave the house, finishing in third place. She was greeted by huge cheers, screams and chants of “Big Mama! Big Mama!” from the crowd as she made her exit. That leaves Rochelle and Twinks as the final two, with one of them about to be crowned the Big Brother 2026 winner and take home the £100,000 prize!
During her exit interview with AJ Odudu and Will Best, Yasmin admitted she loved stirring the pot and winding people up in the house, laughing that she’s exactly the same in real life and it’s all just a bit of fun. She also joked about her ongoing rivalry with Samuel over the washing up, explaining that her time in the house was her “hollybobs” and she wasn’t there to cook or clean. As she put it, she’s nobody’s mama, but she is Big Mama! Despite their disagreements, Yasmin insisted she loves Samuel and described him as a sweetheart. She also spoke about her friendship with Frankie, calling him her bestie for life.
Samuel Evicted

Samuel has become the latest housemate to leave the Big Brother 2026 grand final, finishing in fourth place. He was greeted by cheers and chants from the crowd as he made his way out of the house. That leaves Rochelle, Twinks and Yasmin as the final three housemates competing to be crowned this year’s winner.
Catrin and Lynx Leave the House

Catrin was the first housemate to leave tonight’s Big Brother grand final, finishing in sixth place, followed by Lynx in fifth. The pair left the house and were interviewed together by AJ Odudu and Will Best. Lynx had made it all the way to the final without ever facing the public eviction vote, bringing his impressive run in the house to an end.

When Is Big Brother: The Reunion?
Although tonight’s grand final will crown the winner, the series isn’t quite over yet. Big Brother: The Reunion will air tomorrow, Friday 6 November, at 9pm on ITV2 and ITVX, bringing most of this year’s housemates back together for one final programme. AJ Odudu and Will Best will host the hour-long special, revisiting the friendships, disagreements and biggest moments from this year’s series, with the contestants getting the chance to reflect on everything that happened inside the house.
Rochelle has been crowned the winner of Big Brother UK 2026.
