Glasgow foodies, there’s a new sweet treat heading our way! Viral pancake brand Fluffy Fluffy is opening its first Scottish café at St. Enoch Centre before Christmas, bringing its famous Japanese soufflé pancakes to the heart of Glasgow. The new café is one of three food and drink openings announced for the shopping centre, alongside Japanese restaurant Okome and popular bubble tea brand CUPP.
The Canadian-founded brand has built a huge following for its thick, fluffy pancakes, which are made using whipped egg whites and cooked slowly to create their signature light, airy consistency. Now, Glaswegians will be able to try them for themselves when Fluffy Fluffy opens on Level 1 of St. Enoch Centre, just in time for the festive shopping season.
What Will Be on the Menu at Fluffy Fluffy Glasgow?
Anyone with a sweet tooth will have plenty to choose from, with the Glasgow café set to serve a selection of the brand’s popular desserts, including Oreo Soufflé Pancakes, pistachio croffles and a range of cheesecakes. The café is expected to open before Christmas 2026, although an exact opening date has yet to be announced.

For anyone unfamiliar with croffles, they’re a combination of a croissant and a waffle, made by pressing buttery croissant dough into a waffle iron. Fluffy Fluffy’s pistachio version will be among the treats available, alongside cheesecakes in flavours including Biscoff, pistachio, crème brûlée and matcha.
CUPP and Okome Are Also Opening at St. Enoch Centre
Fluffy Fluffy isn’t the only new arrival coming to St. Enoch Centre, with two more food and drink brands opening their doors over the coming weeks. Bubble tea brand CUPP will open on the ground floor on Friday 6 November, serving its range of bubble teas, coffees and matcha drinks. To celebrate the opening, the first 100 customers on Friday will receive a free drink, so anyone fancying a little Friday treat might want to pop along.
Japanese restaurant Okome is also preparing to open on Level 1 in early December, giving shoppers another option for lunch or dinner in Glasgow city centre. Further details about the restaurant’s opening date have yet to be confirmed.
Speaking about the new arrivals, Craig Stewart, Centre Manager at St. Enoch Centre, said: “Fluffy Fluffy has a huge following, so we’re thrilled to be bringing Scotland’s very first to St. Enoch Centre. Together with Okome and CUPP, it gives visitors even more reasons to stop, eat and make a proper day of it this Christmas.”

Alongside the three food openings, St. Enoch Centre has also welcomed festive pop-up shops Menkind and Calendar Club, both of which are now open until the end of the year.
For CultureCues, we’re always up for trying somewhere new in Glasgow, and Fluffy Fluffy is definitely going on our list. Those soufflé pancakes sound delicious, and the Biscoff and pistachio cheesecakes have already caught our eye. It’s great to see some new food spots opening at St. Enoch Centre too, especially with Christmas shopping getting underway. We might just have to make a trip into town to try a few of these treats for ourselves… After all, the New Year diet doesn’t start until 1 January, right?
Fluffy Fluffy will open at St. Enoch Centre before Christmas 2026, CUPP opens Friday 6 November, and Okome is expected to open in early December.
