U2 have announced two huge UK stadium shows for 2027, with the Irish rock band set to perform at London’s Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on 18 and 19 June. The concerts form part of their newly announced Carnaval De Luz Presents: The Greatest Show On Earth World Tour, with British rock band Wolf Alice joining them as special guests. The London dates will mark U2’s first British stadium performances in a decade, with tickets going on general sale on Friday 6 November.

The tour will see Bono, The Edge, Adam Clayton and Larry Mullen Jr. return to stadiums across the world, beginning with dates in Latin America before heading to Europe in April. Alongside London, the European leg includes performances in Stockholm, Paris, Lisbon, Amsterdam, Berlin and Milan, with further dates for Spain and North America expected to be announced.

The shows will also mark the band’s return to stadium touring following their 2019 The Joshua Tree Tour, which concluded in Mumbai. More recently, U2 completed a 40-show residency at the Sphere in Las Vegas, and their upcoming world tour promises another ambitious live production featuring songs from across their extensive catalogue.

Speaking about the tour, the band said: “The Greatest Show on Earth? Now that’s a throwdown. It’s a dare, to ourselves as much as anyone, to try and have the best night of anybody’s life. A bit of showman, a bit of shaman, a riot of colour, unreasonable guitar, bass and drums, and tunes you can hold onto. Because if people are gonna show up, we certainly are.”

U2 London 2027 Dates and Ticket Information

U2 will perform at London’s Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on Friday 18 and Saturday 19 June 2027, with Wolf Alice joining them as special guests for both shows.

Tickets will first be available through the U2.com subscriber presales, beginning on Monday 2 November at 10am GMT for eligible Feedback Group subscribers, followed by The Hype Group presale on Tuesday 3 November at 10am. Visa cardholders will then have access to a presale on Wednesday 4 November from 10am until 10pm, subject to availability.

An additional U2 Artist Presale will begin on Thursday 5 November at 10am, with fans required to register by Sunday 1 November at 10:59pm GMT to participate. Remaining tickets will then go on general sale on Friday 6 November at 10am.

Tickets and further presale information are available through U2’s official website.

New Album Carnaval De Luz Arrives in November

The tour announcement comes ahead of the release of U2’s sixteenth studio album, Carnaval De Luz, arriving on 13 November 2026. It will be the band’s first album of entirely new material in nine years, featuring collaborations with Brian Eno, Martin Garrix and Dolly Parton.

U2 have also released a new single, “The Greatest Show On Earth”, co-written with Brian Eno and accompanied by a music video directed by Anton Corbijn. The track is the third single from the forthcoming album, following “Street of Dreams” and “Silencio”.

For CultureCues, U2 returning to UK stadiums after a decade is already a huge announcement, but having Wolf Alice along for both London dates makes this an even better line-up. Two generations of British and Irish rock sharing a stadium stage sounds like a pretty brilliant night out, and given how quickly the first international dates sold out, we suspect tickets for London won’t hang around for long.

U2 tickets go on general sale on Friday 6 November 2026 at 10am GMT.
