Glasgow Cocktail Week will close its ninth year with a rooftop party at SiSi on the top floor of The Social Hub on Sunday 4 October, as Edinburgh favourite Hey Palu makes its debut at the Glasgow venue. Founded in 2019 by husband-and-wife team Alex Palumbo and Rachel Bailey Palumbo, Hey Palu is an Italian-inspired cocktail bar on Edinburgh’s Bread Street. Known for its warm hospitality, aperitivo cocktails and extensive collection of amaro, the bar was named among the UK’s Top 50 Cocktail Bars for 2026.

For the closing party, Hey Palu has teamed up with SiSi’s head bartender to create a menu spanning tequila serves, spritzes and twists on cocktail classics. Both bars will serve four drinks from 7pm until close.

Hey Palu’s menu features a Yuzu Margarita with Patrón Blanco, yuzu and lime; a Cherry Rosita with Patrón Blanco, sour cherry, French bitter and rose vermouth; and a Tequila Martini with Patrón Blanco, St-Germain, elderflower, fino sherry and lemon verbena oil. Its Orchard Spritz combines St-Germain, peach vermouth, apricot and white grape soda.

SiSi’s four creations include Ya Like Jazz?, made with Patrón, piment d’Espelette, pineapple liqueur and pineapple hot honey, alongside BC Boogie with Johnnie Walker Black Label, banana cordial, lime and cherry soda. Rum Pum Pum Pum Plum combines Brugal 1888, Campari, Cocchi di Torino and spiced plum cordial, while Basil Crush is made with Ben Lomond Gin, strawberry and lemongrass cordial, basil and ginger ale.

The Glasgow Cocktail Week closing party takes place at SiSi on Sunday 4 October from 7pm until close, with DJs providing the soundtrack throughout the evening. Everyone is welcome to attend, while Glasgow Cocktail Week wristband holders will receive £2 off cocktails.

The event forms part of Glasgow Cocktail Week 2026, which has more than 65 venues running special cocktail menus, events and masterclasses across the city from Thursday 24 September until Sunday 4 October.

Established in 2018, the independently run and female-founded festival celebrates Glasgow’s hospitality industry through exclusive drinks, city cocktail trails, masterclasses, parties and special events. Glasgow Cocktail Week wristbands unlock £2 off exclusive festival cocktails at participating venues, alongside access to selected events and experiences.
